Buds Friendship Groups are supportive, play-based groups aimed at fostering children’s social and emotional development. Buds Friendship Group is here to nurture social connections and emotional development through a mix of free play and guided activities tailored to each age group!

Using the power of play, Buds Friendship Group aims to empower children to blossom and become more confident and emotionally aware whilst having fun.

Typical group routines involve a welcome activity, feelings check in, free play, focus activity and a relaxation to end the session.  Example activities include:
